Delivery Area

We deliver to most areas across Kuwait. Some remote or hard-to-access areas may require additional confirmation before delivery.

Delivery Fee

Orders of 20 KD or more qualify for free delivery.

Orders below 20 KD are subject to a delivery fee of 2–3 KD, depending on the delivery area.

Delivery Time

Most in-stock orders are delivered within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, delivery area, order volume, and public holidays.

After placing your order, our team may contact you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm the address, delivery time, and product details before dispatch.

Address Information

Please provide a clear delivery address, including area, block, street, house/building number, floor, and phone number.

Incomplete or unclear addresses may delay delivery.

Installation

Product installation is not included unless clearly stated or confirmed separately.

Remote Areas

For remote areas, farms, chalets, camps, or special locations, extra delivery fees may apply after location confirmation.
