Return & Exchange Policy

At MODI Kuwait, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy applies to purchases made through www.modi.kw and is subject to Kuwait consumer protection requirements.

14-Day Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the invoice date. The product must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals and the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. After verification, MODI Kuwait will arrange an exchange, repair or refund as applicable. MODI Kuwait will cover the reasonable return or collection cost when the issue is caused by a defect, transit damage or an incorrect item supplied by us.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been installed, used, altered, cut or damaged after delivery.
• Products missing original packaging, accessories, manuals or proof of purchase.
• Custom-made, specially ordered or cut-to-length products, unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
• Gift cards.

These exclusions do not limit any rights available to you under applicable Kuwait law.

How to Request a Return

Contact us before returning any product and provide your order number, invoice and photos or video where relevant:

Do not send products to the manufacturer. Our team will provide return or collection instructions.

Refunds

Returned products will be inspected after receipt. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Original delivery charges are not refundable when the return is due to a change of mind. No return delivery charge will apply when the product is defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied by MODI Kuwait.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another eligible product or receive a refund as applicable.
