Home Delivery Information


Once you find the Products you would like to purchase on www.Modi.kw, add them to your shopping cart and go through our quick and easy payment process (checkout). You will find that we deliver anywhere in Kuwait. Standard delivery is on the next day subjected for 2 KD. 


Exact delivery time will depend on the accuracy of the delivery address details you provide. We normally deliver the purchased Products as soon as possible from the time of order placement (checkout). We make every effort to deliver Products within the estimated delivery time, however, occasional delays are possible due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery time. You can review, change, update, or add your delivery address each time you place an order. You can choose a different delivery address when you order. This way, you can have your order sent to your workplace or a friend's address.
We are responsible for any manufacturing defects or genuine complaints. This applies for up to three days after your purchase.

 

Delivery Address


Products ordered from www.modi.kw can be delivered only in Kuwait. We currently cannot deliver to any other location. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 21 years or over, on delivery. Make sure to provide the correct delivery address when printing the invoice. This will help ensure prompt delivery to you and other customers.

Therefore, do ensure that you provide the following information:
- Governorate
- Block number
- Street number
- Building Number
- Contact person
- Contact person Number

 

Next Day Delivery Information


- A stander 2 KD  Express delivery charge applies.

Next Day Delivery charges cannot be refunded. This applies if the delivery details are incorrect. It also applies if we cannot contact the customer.

- Next Day Delivery charges will be refunded if delivery takes place later than the promised time.

- Next Day Delivery orders cannot be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, please email us or call us. We will add your order to our regular delivery schedule.

- Next Day Delivery is not available for the following areas, Different delivery fees apply:

Delivery Terms and Conditions


If the customer is not home, delivery is complete. This is true if a family member or house cleaner at the same address signs the invoice or delivery note.

Products are considered delivered in good condition and on time. This happens when you or your representative sign the delivery note. You should request your Products to be delivered within one month of sale. If not, we can sell the Product. We will refund the amount after taking out 20% of the invoice value.

 

Payment on Delivery


  •  Cash must be given to our authorized customer service representative before you receive the ordered Products. 
  • Once we receive full payment, the customer service representative will provide the products. They will also give you the invoice and delivery note.
  • We do not accept payments by cheque, gift vouchers, or discount coupons instead of cash or card for Cash on Delivery (COD). If you have discount coupons, please apply them before checkout.
  • To ensure prompt and timely delivery, the customer will be contacted 30 minutes prior to delivery.
  • Ordered Products cannot be withheld by the customer on credit. Payment for the Products ordered is to be made at delivery. The person receiving the Products should be the Registered User who ordered them or someone they authorized. This person must show proof of their authorization.
  • If you are not home or at the delivery location, the customer service representative will wait at your address. They will wait for a maximum of half an hour with your ordered products. Inability to establish contact during that time will prompt him to depart and a call will be made again later in the day. Should that fail, the order will be returned for another attempt on the following day.
  •  If our customer service team cannot contact the customer within 24 hours of the order, it will be canceled.
  • The Payment on Delivery option is not available for all products. It does not apply to pre-order items. However, it is available for some products. You can see which ones on the website when you make a purchase.
